For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
Tampa contacted me last night asking if they could make their pick in this round after the time was expired. I have ok'ed it on the condition that they make that pick by the time of their pick in the 25th. At that time they will lose the chance to pick in the 24th. This is also the last make up pick anybody gets.
