This has nothing to back it up, but I seen this on another web site, so take it for what it is worth, it stated:

"According to a poster on a Bills forum that I frequent, last night at the Bills Booster Club meeting, Bills GM Tom Donahoe confirmed that the Bills will wear "throwbacks" for two games this season.

Evidently, he said that they do not need permission from the NFL, as two games do not require it, but three or more do.

Two games mentioned are the home opener vs. Houston and the game vs. San Diego.

Said that the unis need more "tweaking" before they'll be made public."

ehhh i dont know how i feel about the opener wearing the throwbacks....what will houston wear? I want a full ot throwback game....the one in SD would be sweet

Houston could wear Oilers gear. We can have highlites of the Greatest comeback playing on the Tron during every commercial break. Sure it's not the Oiler/Titan franchise, but it's still Houston.

With the number of Illinois, Miami, Texas, Tennesse... alumni playing for us, they'll probably work some orange into any throwbacks or new designs

I hope they are the unis from that time period to. White jerseys, blue pants, whit helmet w/ current logo & a blue facemask.

The 2 games should be the SDiego game so they can wear the powder blues & the home Jets game so they can wear the old green jerseys from back in the 80's. IMO those would be the best options with the road TB game coming in 2nd place.
