Tampa Bay missed their 2nd pick in the round and did not indicate whether or not they wanted to pass. Therefore, we will start the 26th round at 3pm, after the catch up period.
Super Dueces will take the clock at 3PM...we are in catch up time.
Please review rounds 26-30 and make sure I have all the correct picks. Thanks.

The Super Deuces select:

Knowing the winds that blow in off of Lake Erie in the fall and winter the Norsemen have attempted to build an offense that is clearly focused on running the ball. Left to right, the offensive line is stocked and ready to go. Thomas, Hartings, Waters and Muliatalo are young but experienced enough to plow through any defense in the league. In the 19th round the Norsemen selected the best blocking TE in the draft with the selection of Reggie Kelly. We have two excellent backs in Dunn and Davis. Jake Delhomme is a steady QB who has two excellent receviers in Mason and Kennison. This next selection solidifies the offense.
Versatility is the name of the game around here. A player that will play FB on 1st and 2nd down and switch to TE on 3rd down and passing formations the Norsemen were shocked that this player was still around!
Introducing the Norsemen's 26th round pick, H-Back Jermaine Wiggins.
Assassins head coach Kirk Ferentz made an impassioned plea w/ both Exec VP/GM Kevin Colbert and Director of Player Personnel Phil Savage to grab our next selection before someone swiped him!
This player is a great young talent who will improve our secondary tremendously and maybe even compete for a starting job. He's solid in coverage, is a lights out hitter, and is very fast! He has some limitations, such as his height, but is still too talented to pass on. Not only that, but he has played for Coach Ferentz in college and, maybe most importantly, is from ERIE!! So...
the Erie Assassins select our hometown hero, Bob Sanders, S, with our first pick in the 26th round.
Spaz Spartans select Jeremy Newberry, C with their 26th round pick.
Erie Assassins are back on the clock until 4:15pm.
Assassins Exec VP/GM Kevin Colbert is ecstatic to get a quality guard this late in the draft.
This guy is young, very athletic, strong, and has pretty good technique. Coach Ferentz, a former OL coach in college and the NFL, is also pleased to see him still available. There are some questions about his conditioning, but the pros outweight (no pun intended) the cons in his case. So...
the Erie Assassins select Artis Hicks, G with their 2nd pick in the 26th round.
Screaming Vikings are on the clock until 4:30pm.
The Screaming Vikings select Donnie Spragen, OLB
