Bushwackers are on the clock until 1PM...
Tampa has contacted me asking permission to make their pick after 11PM since they will be gone all day. Since it is Friday and we will not be opening up round 41 until later tonight, tomorrow or Monday, I have granted that permission. (Why not, we are in the 200K rounds for pete's sake).
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.

The Assassins also will look for more depth in the WR corps.
Director of Player Personnel Phil Savage was the man who brought our next player into the league, and he feels he will be a great addition for 3rd down passing situations and red zone opportunities. His size (6-6, 210) is impressive and he makes good use of it in the red zone, catching 4 TD passes as a rookie. He is still very raw, but should develop nicely w/ this young and talented group of WRs we have. So...
the Erie Assassins select Clarence Moore, WR with their 39th round pick.

The Assassins will now try to add more depth to their defense w/ their 2 picks in this round.
Our next pick has has some unfortunate injuries the past season, but we believe that he'll heal up nicely and become a contributor for the Assassins in the dime package. We have a couple of pretty good, young backup CBs now in Woolfork and Vasher, so this pick doesn't have nearly as much of a risk to it. We also may look to use him down the line at safety because of his size and good tackling ability. So...
the Erie Assassins select Lenny Walls, CB with the first of their 2 picks in the 40th round.
