All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

What surprises me is the number of folks who lurk on a regular basis. SOme of these folks are active everyday, read every thread and post, yet don't contribute to the conversation.
I thinks it's because of the intelligence level of most of our memebers, that and why say what's already been said umpteen times in a thread.
When I die, please don't let my wife sell my camera equipment for what I told her I paid for it.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Here's what it was...I work overnights at Wegmans 11pm-8am. I went to work on Monday - Tuesday and then came home, went to sleep for about 5 1/2 hours, woke up around 2:15pm and then went to camp. I got home and posted my report and uploaded the photos. Then I went to work. When I got home, it was about 8am on Wednesday and it was my night off, so i figured i could make the double session. I got there late Wednesday morning, and then came home around 11:30am. I had some errands and stuff to do, plus i had to get my allergy shots before the 2nd session. So I did that stuff and then figured I could take a brief nap. I forgot to set my alarm, so that nap turned into a 5 hour sleep. I woke up around 5:30pm and missed camp.
