    To Buy A Last Place team would beuying a 1st place team better than B

    That My Theory.

    1st place team will go on to win the Stanley Cup.

    Half the teams Vets will retire and the team wont get that many 1st round draft picks.

    A Losing team would get all(or most) the 1st ound draft Picks.

    yeah its a real pain posting from work.

    the laptop has a touch pad right under the middle of the keyboard so the back part f my thumb hits it and puts the cursor somewhere else and screws up everything.

    that or i highlight everything and type over it.

    I guess it depends on why you're buying the team ... if you're Paul Allen or someone with loads of money buying a team just to have fun with, then buying a losing team would be better as it'd be easier to remake in your own vision (for example Jerry Jones with his Dallas Cowboys).
    If you're looking to buy the team in order to make a profit ... well, if you're buying a losing team, its gonna be a really tough sell for the first few years ... and if you plan on moving the team, you better get good real fast before the honeymoon period in the new market wears off.
