Just occurred to me today how bad hockey will suck the next 3 years here.

I was thinking today, man this season is practically toast. We'll be lucky to have a team. We have a lame coach, a lousy GM, terrible scouts, mismatched talent,we need a housecleaning.
So I can write this year off.
Next year we go through rebuilding if the Sabres survive. Boy howdy, sign me up for this one.
After that, we get a what amounts to a full year lockout of the players, NHL season cancelled.
So what I am faced with here, is hockey totally sucking for me for the next three years. Here we hit bottom, now we have to drag the bottom of the tank for a while. This stinks.

It JUST dawned on ya? Rigas arrested. Bankruptcy. Every lousy team firing their coaches EXCEPT the Sabres? No Owner? No local support from fans or politicians?
