    On This Date in Buffalo Bills History...

    October 18th.

    1965- To bolster their ailing receiver corps, the Bills trade with the Raiders for receiver Bo Robertson.

    1970- Despite Shaw's passing for 349 yards, the Bills lose to the fish 33-14.

    1982- The second All Star game was played between the AFC West and the NFC West, at the LA Colleseum. The NFC won 31-27, but the real loser was Superstation TBS, which lost an estimated 800K broadcasting both games.

    1987- The Bills scabs defeat the Giants scabs (with Lawrence Taylor) 6-3 on Todd Schlopy's field goal in overtime.

    1998- The Bills defeat the Jags 17-16 on a Flutie scramble at the end of the game.

    2001- Greg Williamss finally gets his first victory, as the Rob Johnson led Bills defeat the Jags 13-10 in a Sunday Night game on ESPN.

    That was absolutely nuts..we all thought Moulds had scored and we were too loud still in the stands for Thurman to hear the audible that Flutie called at the LOS
