Tell me what you think.
Mark Hamister as the owner
Tom Galisano as the owner
Some other entity as the owner and stay here
An out of town entity as the owner and be long gone
Tell me what you think.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
Bankruptcy was a necessary evil for the Sabres. It does opoen pandoras box more but with a bid in place I doubt another bidder will jump in anytime soon so as long as the state agrees to help the Sabres should be staying in Buffalo IMO.
I think Galisano will end up buying the team ... I don't think it'll be politically beneficial for anyone in the State to lend money to the Sabres now that they have declared bankruptcy (regardless of whether it makes repayment more or less likely, it won't play well with the voters and will be a high publicity move) ... that being said, I think Hammister is out ... I don't see another city wanting to have a hockey team, so I see Galisano being the last man standing.
i don't have a clue but i don't want to see them leave.

I think Hamister's deal falls through and because the Sabres are in bankruptcy, I get to buy them for a buck!!!!!
