The Bills D is going to punish the brees. What's amazing is that the odds makers think a team w/ one more win is so much better. You can give hard schedule BS but SD has played up & down. They usually try to jump into the lead like the bills and fall apart in the end. This Sunday they just fall apart.

I like to be against the odds too but GM Tom Donahoe might learn that this philosophy seems to be fantasy football on DRAFTS...

skooby you're giving too much credit to the D. They've had two good games and one mediocre game out of 9. SD has the best offensive weapon in football in LT and the best receiving TE in Gates. Don't expect a repeat of the KC performance this week.

Why couldn't it happen. Before the KC game Trent green only had 3 int's, he doubled that. Pressure comes mayn ways and if SD is playing from behind they have to pass. KC felt they had to pass as well and look where that lead them.

well SD has an excellent rush defense and our passing game- particularly JP- has struggled on the road. The chances that we'll force them to pass are slim to none. Plus, I don't think Schottenheimer will give up on the run as easily as Vermeil did. And one other thing- our blitzes worked last week but they left a huge pocket in the middle of the field. If our blitzes don't get there, Gates is gonna have a field day. I want to see Fletcher blitzing cuz Crowell is more athletic and has a better shot (although still not a good one) at covering Gates.

Shoron Stone could show up at your house naked looking for a quickie too. It could happen. But not likely. SD is a very good team playing at home. West Coast games are always the toughest road games. This team has to prove they can do something on the road. Yes, KC was a big win and the first time that the Bills showed me something all year. but its was the perfect storm. JP came out hot and motivated the D to play hard.
