BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -- Martin Biron did something Friday night not even Dominik Hasek could accomplish during his storied Sabres career.

Biron made 27 saves in his third straight shutout, breaking Hasek's Buffalo record for consecutive shutout minutes in the Sabres' 4-0 win over Toronto.

Biron extended it to 201 minutes, 12 seconds, to build on the previous record of 178:33. Biron has not given up a goal since Saku Koivu beat him 3:48 into the third period Jan. 11 in Montreal.
