Remember- the Cap cuts are due June 1- the Draft is in April. I doubt the Bills will fix all their needs on defense before the draft. Even if they do, Bargain FA's usually don't sign long term deals. 1-2 years, max. You still want to draft and develop depth.

If there is nothing but crap on the board, and no one wants to trade with us, sure take Ragone. But Bledsoe won't be going anywhere for a while- I'd use the pick to help a mor eimmediate need.
I say we draft the guy that is being compared to Tony Gonzalez, we'll need him after we cut JR.
