Texans | Givens cancels visit; reports say he re-signed with New England

John McClain, of the Houston Chronicle, reports free agent WR David Givens (Patriots) has canceled his visit with the Houston Texans Sunday, March 12. Reports out of New England late Saturday evening, March 11, were that Givens had decided to re-sign with the New England Patriots.

Yeah, if you think about it, he definitely made the right move there. He may not get as much money, but he'll still get a lot. And it's NE and not the Texans...Originally Posted by AndreReed83

That report is premature. Givens has not re-signed with NE or cancelled his visit with the Texans, according to his agent. In fact he is on a flight to Houston this morning.
For those saying him going back to NE is a good choice, If I am any offensive player I am excited about playing for Gary Kubiak.
