Terrell Owens and Simeon Rice were fined $4,000 each for missing the NFC’s Pro Bowl practice and a post-practice meeting Friday.

Neither player let the NFL or the NFC’s coaching staff know where they were or accounted for their absences at the practice, held at 9 a.m. at Aloha Stadium.

The league said no further action will be taken, and both players will participate in the Pro Bowl on Sunday. slackers
