OK...here is an update on how trades will work.

According to rule 7.15 - Trading is not allowed between Cut down Day and Draft Day. Trading may resume the split second the free agent draft ends.

You may continue to trade players until the day cuts are due. NO TRADES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3/31/06 11:59 PM...NO EXCEPTIONS. Trades are then not allowed until the end of the Free Agent Draft.

March 17 - Player Rankings Sent
March 19 - Spread Sheet Sent
April 1 - Cut Down Day
April 17 - Start of Free Agent Draft
    c. May 19 - Free Agent Draft Ends
1 week after Free Agent Draft Ends - 2 game Exhibition Schedule
First Monday after Exhibition Schedule - Regular Season Begins
May 30 - Start of Rookie Draft
June 2 - Rookie Draft Ends

you can trade picks during the draft...you cannot trade players...it is to prevent teams from stashing players on other rosters until the draft is over.
