When we draft a FA and he gets a one year deal, can we sign them to an extension after that first season or do we have to drop them to the FA pool again?

after the first year you can sign them to a new deal for up to five years...after that you can sign them for another deal for up to five more years. In essence, you can have any player for 11 years.Originally Posted by BillsFever21
