    Question about RFA's

After the one year tender for a RFA, can you sign him to a long term contract after that RFA year if he improves and you feel he's worth the money or does he become a FA?

after the one year you can sign them to a full contract or make them a RFA again. you are allowed to sign a player to two contracts. that can be 2 multi year deals, 2 1 year deals, 1 multi and 1 one year deal, any combition of free agent deals, etc.
