That would help people out on their strategy on who they wanna sign in FA if they could make trades with willing teams to fill the need instead.

it is a way to prevent somebody stashing players on teams that can afford big cap numbers and stuff like that...

I'd defintely have some interest. Too bad we can't do anything till after the draft but we could work something out then if you still want to.
