The Charlotte News and Observer is reporting that North Carolina LB Bruce Carter (Scouts Inc.-rated No. 22) will stay in school for his senior season."I'm going to come back and finish my education, not only for me but for my family," Carter said. "I made up my mind a long time ago, I want to graduate and get my degree."
