All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

mcnabb and adam are having nice bounceback years so far. might be time to give one (or both) another look. adam, maybe his final look.
IIRC, when Adam was brought up towards the end of the season last year he looked pretty good. He's still relatively young, I don't think he's a lost prospect at this point.
I love McNabb and it's great to hear he's bouncing back well, but do we really have room for him at this point?
gut feeling. after 9 games, that starts his contract. thats why grigs is up. they dont want to burn a year while hes in the Q. so i think theyll put zad back in the O, and let risto and pysyk be the youngsters on the blue line for the year.
Listening to Rolston yesterday, it sounds like Zadaorv is going nowhere.
And I love McCabe. If you saw him in the Juniors last year you would know why. The kid is going to be a solid, albeit unspectacular, NHL defenseman
the thing with me is, im more conservative with prospects. dont rush them, you run the risk of ruining them. i get that during a rebuild. you play younger players. but every first round pick you get doesnt have to be shoved into the lineup right away.
now, if hes playing well, and it appears he is, well, its a moot point. but at this point, and this is just how i would do it. id give zad his 9 games, send him back, and call up mcnabb.
7th rounder eric locke had, in order PP assist, SH assist, PP goal, EN goal tonight for saginaw.
justin kea was held scoreless, but had an interesting night. first, he went legs first into the boards after being shoved. he stayed down, but eventually came back. next time out, during a time out, he went after an owen sound player, and was given a 10 min misconduct. the game got out of control after that.
kea had two goals for sagnasty last night, but the spirit lost to the soo greyhounds.
oh, and saginaw has a goalie that will be available this upcoming draft. Nikita Serebryakov. not great numbers so far, but they say hes developing nicely and is likely a top 3 round pick in the upcoming draft. he has lightning quick feet and great positioning. i really like this kid if the sabres dont take a goalie high in the draft.
