Kind of interesting. If EJ gets hurt, the team is completely dinked.

I'm kind of disappointed the front office hasn't brought in a veteran backup yet. And please, don't tell me Palmer is a veteran. I mean a guy that has had experience on the field, and has been somewhat successful.

Right now I have zero confidence in any of the backup QBs on the roster. I can't see how the coaching staff could possibly feel comfortable with the possibility of starting Tuel or Palmer if EJ goes down.

If EJ gets hurt, we'll just re-sign Thad. It's not like Thad has a better option.

Looks like Whaley should of brought in competition for Thad like many suggested. Thad probably didn't push himself to get better in the offseason figuring he had the backup spot locked up and as a result played poorly this preseason.

So much for we're happy with our QB's. We could have picked up a 4th round rookie better than the two we have. The stubbornness and short sightedness of this front office makes me wonder. All the fans see, why can't they?

Let's not forget we cut Thad last year and he ended up on the Practice Squad if he's eligible it might happen again this season. As I'm not sold on Palmer or Tuel if EJ isn't playing.

After hearing Marrone say how disappointed he was in Thad, I doubt the Bills sign him to the PS even if they could.
