All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Whaley and Pegula shouldn't brook any. Rex was given a top 5 defense, to which he has received a first, two seconds, and a third round pick to bolster and his brother to help coach. Either his system works under these conditions or he's hopeless and it's time to go.
Very excited over these guys. If Lawson does more then stand up and hold his block, it's an upgrade from what they got from Mario last year. Ragland has a chance to be the best Bills LB since.... Takeo? If nothing more Washington adds to the rotation and inside pass rush.
It's a good thing we're drafting players who can play 4-3 in case the next HC prefer it.
Bingo.
Lawson, Dareus, Washington and Hughes on the front. P.Brown with Ragland in the middle, still need a LBer to replace Bradham. Set with three corners, at least (Darby, Gilmore, Robey in the slot) maybe four (I still like Butler). Get a safety and the right coordinator and BAM! top 5 again, that quickly.

Not too sure Washington is such great shakes. Has a rep as a developmental guy who "plays in spurts".
Washington is pretty much the replacement of Kyle in a year. Just have to see how he develops. Remember Kyle was a 5th pick with not much expectation on him when he came to the Bills.
I still see them next year drafting a NT type of player. Right now this team has pass rushers from outside and very strong pass rushers from inside (Marcel, Kyle, Washington). Personally I believe the Ragland pick steered their DLine direction to the inside pass rushing specialist Washington. Ragland is big and has a nose for tackling ball carriers. But we are going to find out if he can still shed NFL guards/TEs like he does in regular basis in college (and he played behind a stout college run defending D line in Alabama).
One thing that I'm more excited about Ragland is his leadership (many termed Ray Lewis like). Think about it, who is the leader in Bills defense? Someone who urges on others in critical moments? A top defense always has that kind of guy(s). You may say Kyle who unfortunately is in his last legs of his career and has been injured far too often to be on the field. We just don't have that kind of a fiery guy since Takeo left town.

I just don't see that. Kyle has always had rep for nonstop motor playing beyond his skills and Adolphus "plays in spurts". Adolphus is not a nonstop motor guy. If he's the replacement for Kyle we're in trouble. Adolphus is going to have trouble replacing Corbin Bryant.
Baltimore was ready to pick him, according to reports. Picking a 1st round value player for a couple 4th rounders ( especially when we already had an extra one ) is peanuts for a starting MLB with talent.
agreed. He just needs to be the qb of the d. They trade up so often and reach, it was nice that they did the smart thing. Time will tell if it works out. I think it should

And yet Whaley sees him as a starter. You need to call him and set him straight.
Convinced that if we drafted the Alabama ball boy, you and Yard would say it's the best pick in the draft. Your bias is becoming a little too obvious. LOL.
