Actually I just saw this I was going to say bird.
True story, sometimes when the tension would get thick in the radar room, as the supervisor it was my job to calm folks down. So I would say, what’s the word? Everyone would just stand up dance and sing “bird, bird, bird is the word. Everyone would sit back down relax and it loosened everyone up!
One time I just got to work but I could feel it, I said what’s the word. Everyone did the dance. What I didn’t know was my boss was in the room with a Senior Advisor (SA) from the regional office. My boss was furious, but the SA asked me why I would do that, I told him I did it to relieve tension and he said that’s awesome and he said great job!Retired Air Traffic Controller
