Reich HC Metz OC Pepp DC

Reich is going to be a hot cannidate next year. Rightfully so, he has played parts in Luck, TY, Garson, and Rivers development. He specializes in quarterbacks and wide receivers, along with a historic no quit attitude. He is the leader of the nfls best all around offense in my opinion.

Pete Metz- He has followed Reich everywhere. No doubt in my mind that he will be Reichs Oc when he gets a job. Metz has been a OL coach for Indi and during that span their OL has been very good. Along with more than likely developing Fleener and Allen a bit. Pete has also been apart in arguably the best OL in football, and has been responcible for Green and Gates' emergance

Pepper Johnson should be promoted just so he stays

Side note- Sam Bradford will be available. Aside from injuries, he would instantly be the most accurate and strongest armed QB weve had since Bleadsoe. I believe the bills would love to market the only native american player in the nfl, as the buffalo bills starting QB. It would just fit.
Not here to be right, just here to have interesting discussions about my impulsive opinions

I just noticed that I make it seem like they are coaching indi. I know they're not but I use them as example because the colts are so young that theyre devlopments were very obvious when their.

Actually the chargers' offense is ranked 22.
Pepper Johnson should be promoted to what position? DC? I'll keep Schwartz.

I think I'm more confused about your Metz line. Metz followed Reich everywhere but yet Reich is in SD and Metz is in IND.

Yes. Pepper would use Lawson in his hybrid mold like NE used Ninkovich. Schwartz isnt amazing. The gameplans simple to beat us. mosdirection and quick passes, Schwartz never adjusts. Even if they are 22nd, Ive watch San Diegi enough for me to put their O as top 3-5.

I wouldn't mind seeing Reich. The wheels have kind of fallen off in San Diego but Reich would be an upgrade.

I'd rather give Marrone one more season under the condition he brings in a new oline coach and help for Hackett.

However, Pegs has already shown he's willing to dig into a team's past to bring back a guy to coach, so it's not a reach to think Reich is at least on his radar.

Seems that Rivers has been nursing an injured ribcage - possibly cartilage damage. That's very painful, perhaps accounting for their offensive drop-off. Also, they had rb injuries - AFAIK, Ryan Matthews suited up Sunday for the first time in weeks.

Don't stop posting, Cali. I like you posts.

    Sic

Ya it just seems like everytime i post it gets knocked for grammar and no one tries to discuss the topic. It just turns into people nitpicking. When i watched SD, all I thought was, this is an excellent coached team. Their OL was good, they got the ball off, screens misdirection. Not to mention that no quit attitude that would make a 3-6 record feel overcomable.

the bills would look just as good if we had a qb as good as Rivers. Does Rivers make Reich better than he really is? I don't know. But right now, their O isn't all that.

If you're going to get your panties bunched up every time you get criticized here, then maybe it's not the best place for you.

And saying that Metz has followed Reich everywhere when they currently coach in tow different places is not a grammatical error, it's a factual one.

Suggesting that Pepper Martin should replace Jim Schwartz is just stupid.

The Chargers have scored 18 more points than the Bills. Call me cynical but to me it's not a major difference. Toss in what has Frank done to prove he deserves to be a HC? At least Marrone came in with HC experience albeit at the collegiate level. To me 2015 we keep the course with Marrone and hopefully right the ship. If not than he's gone in 2015.

They were actually easy on you. Your idea seems quite silly. Ignoring your horrible sentence structure and spelling, and the fact that some of your facts are wrong, you don't seem to recognize that just none of that is going to happen.
