Several NFL executives told FOXSports.com they received calls on Friday from the Seahawks, who were trying to trade RB Shaun Alexander. The price tag for the Pro Bowl RB was a first-round draft pick, with the team calling in the middle of the first round. Neither the Seahawks nor the Bills found any takers. The Bills were asking for a third-rounder, but teams decided to wait, feeling Buffalo will eventually dump him as he's insisted he won't show up to camp.
