Indianapolis | 7-0 | A little concerned they were beat by Houston in the second quarter....just kidding.
Philadelphia | 4-2 | Despite having some dings pulled off a win at home against the chargers. Good teams win football games.
Pittsburgh | 4-2 | Beat a surging Bengals team on the road to prove they are still a quality opponent.
Tampa Bay | 5-1 | With both Denver and San Diego losing it's hard not to consider Tampa Bay a better team. However, their strength of schedule is pathetic and if this is a top 5 team they should get to 10 - 1 at least.
New England | 3-3 | All teams get healthier over the course of the bye week and the return of Bruschi could be a difference maker for this team considering their long list of injuries. To top things off they are playing a struggling Bills team this week. Just what the doctor ordered for a team with a headache. Their position really depends on what they do with the game in hand.
Atlanta | 5-2 | Finished the game againts the JETS early but Vick looked horrible in the process. One has to wonder if they will look past their next two games and get caught by surprise.
Denver | 5-2 | Defense gave up a last minute score on the road leading to a loss. Still a tough team -- for the first time ever Jake Plummer seems to be playing within himself.
Jacksonville | 4-2 | Dormant this week but have played well through the hardest part of their schedule. Look for this team to start stringing together wins on their way to the playoffs.
San Diego | 3-4 | Still trying to find a good team to beat.
Seattle | 5-2 | Had to wait for a Bledsoe mistake to win late at home. This team should be better than they are.
NY Giants | 4-2 | Second week in a row Eli proves he can get it done late. This time they win against a good Denver team.
Washington | 4-2 | Built a lot of confidence this week with a huge blowout of a struggling team.
Kansas City | 4-2 | Looking forward to seeing what they bring to San Diego this week.
Carolina | 4-2 | Didn't play which can only make them stronger.
Cincinnati | 5-2 | Failed their second decent test of the season. No reason to lose these games at home if they are really that good.
Dallas | 4-3 | Failed to get the offense going to win a close low-scoring game. Not suprisingly, Drew Bledsoe is slowing down.
Chicago | 3-3 | Orton continues to develop in this system and may take this team to the playoffs.
St. Louis | 3-4 | Without Martz and Bulger the arch may fall.
Baltimore | 2-4 | One has to wonder where the offense on this team is after years of being inept. Is it time for a coaching change?
Oakland | 2-4 | They got the wonder pill last week. May be finding some success with Jordan finally.
New Orleans | 2-5 | Too many things for this team to overcome on and off the field at this point. The sad thing is none of them were within their control.
Miami | 2-4 | Surprised us early but they are losing steam.
Buffalo | 3-4 | Couldn't come up with a win again in Oakland.
Detroit | 3-3 | Needs to come up with some second half touchdowns.
Cleveland | 2-4 | Couldn't score in the second half to at least tie the game.
Minnesota | 2-4 | Actually won a game for Mike Tice.
Arizona | 2-4 | Actually won a game against a struggling team. A win is a win. Would love to see them square off against the Vikings but will instead get a chance to put it in Drew Bledsoes face.
Green Bay | 1-5 | They played and were exposed.
Tennesee | 2-5 | With no McNair they are falling to the cellar fast.
NY Jets | 2-5 | Getting close to a phone call to Jeff George.
Houston | 0-6 | Only lost by 18 to Indianapolis.
San Francisco | 1-5 | Allowed the Skins to score half a century and lost by five touchdowns.
