Bills Methods Continue to Be a Conundrum
by Mark Weiler
With little to report however between the official end of the season following the Pro Bowl, and now, the start of free agency, I assume that I share a range of emotions with many fans. A sense of relief surfaced with the firing of the incompetent and self-serving ex-GM and team president Tom Donahoe and the wise departure of handpicked yet "not quite ready for prime time" head coach Mike Mularkey. This is not to say that years of irreparable and irreversible damage had not been done on many fronts. That sense of relief was quickly overcome with a serious "raising of an eyebrow" however with Ralph Wilson’s seeming "’mature’ people can do things as well as people half their age" policy.
