Jim Kelly: Bills will stay in Buffalo

Buffalo Bills Hall-of-Fame quarterback Jim Kelly says he’s confident the team will not move in the forseeable future, and hinted at having backers in place to take over after 89-year-old owner Ralph Wilson dies.

“As long as I’m involved, I can’t see them going anywhere else,” Kelly said tonight after making an autograph-signing appearance at The Bills Store in Eastview Mall, Victor.

Kelly hinted that a succession plan is in place.
