Buffalo has won four straight games over AFC East rival Miami during the last two seasons, but it appears as if the Dolphins are finally taking steps to get by the Bills and eventually challenge New England, the foremost team in both the division and entire NFL.
The Dolphins, a squad that finished the 2007 season a brutally inept 1-15, have already revamped their front office this offseason with Hall of Famer Bill Parcells, now the executive vice president of football operations, as well as new general manager Jeff Ireland, a former front-office guru in Dallas.
