The Bills re-signed a young prospect who performed admirably in last year's preseason as punter D.J. Fitzpatrick was brought back into the fold Tuesday. Signed last offseason as a bonus NFL Europa roster exemption, Fitzpatrick appeared in Buffalo's first three preseason games in 2007 before he was one of three cuts to reduce Buffalo's roster to the necessary 75 by Aug. 28 last summer.
