2009 Comments:
10/29/09- vs VT- Athletically gifted OLB. Very quick, strong, and well built. I will be shocked if hes only 225... he looks like a solid 235-240. Like Sturdivant, seems to be everywhere. Quan may be more productive, but Carter is more athletic. Nice job staying home, and then knifing in for the tackle for a loss. At times, will play contain a bit too much rather than trusting his ability and blowing up the play. It could also be that hes a bit slower to diagnose the play. Really nice looking prospect.
