LT/LB/D-Line should be our top priorities in the offseason. Followed by QB and WR. (unless one of the college QBs is considered a surefire NFL stud that we can't pass on).

We're gonna suck for at least two to three years, so we'll have plenty of time to stockpile high first and second rounders.

Of course, none of this will happen and we will suck until Ralph dies and the team moves to LA or Toronto.

and hire who exactly? Have people already forgotten what a straight cluster **** the coaching search was. We could barely get people to interview, and they were people who had never been HC's before. It was made pretty clear that Buffalo is not a place coaching candidates want to come. We are officially the Raiders of the East. At the very least Gailey has some HC experience, might as well give him another year and avoid the embarrassment of being shot down left and right by caches again for 2 months.

Edwards on the other hand can get his ass canned tonight for all i care

We need coordinators that have experience and had success at the NFL level.

We need talent, across the board. Outside of maybe Fred Jackson and Evans as a #2 receiver, there isn't anybody else that could secure a starting spot on any other team in the league.

Step 1:
Fire George Edwards. This should be a no-brainer. The guy's defenses stink. 3-4 is supposed to be an improvement in general, but this guy has turned a mediocre defense into a horrible one.

Step 2:
Kelsay. Gone. 'Nuff said.

Step 3:
Find an OT. Stat. Cornell Green is a joke. Demetrius Bell is better than last year, but is still probably only depth material. Put Cordaro Howard in at guard and cut ties with Levitre.

Step 4:
As soon as the the line is serviceable, see what the team has in Brian Brohm. If he doesn't have it, or you don't have the time, draft a quarterback the next go-round.

Step 5:
Get some better scouts. The track record of Modrak and his underlings has been horrendous.

Step 6:
Get a fat toad to plug up the NT position.

Step 7:
Rebuild the wide receiver corps.
