Merriman makes 1.7 million for 15 mins of practice. Nice.
hum wonder why they would do that? maybe don't want anyone else to see him?
Waste money for a chance at a decent player instead of saving money and putting a crappy product on the field? I'll take it.Originally Posted by LindellSucks

Good move putting Ellison on IR. Now the Bills can sign him to a Kelsay like extension in the offseason and keep him fresh for 2011.
well the merriman thing played out in the worst possible manner possible. but still it was a good attempt to upgrade the lb core.
it wasn't a waste of money. it was essentially the money they were paying edwards.
Wonder if Merriman will be open to signing here. He won't have a ton of suitors so Buffalo might just be the best option for him in terms of starting and money.
With Merrimans attitude, I dont want him.
Well it was worth a shot.

So this Merriman jersey was a waste of ?
I knew he'd never play a down for this team.
Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit
the bills will probably draft 3 maybe 4 34lbs 2 olb/ 2 ilb
they probably won't draft 3 linebackers
Yay for Naaman Roosevelt getting promoted hopefulyl he catches a few passes in the Steelers game it would be cool to se him do well rest of the year and hopefully next year. :)
Compensatory is all we can hope for.
congrats to naaman.... hopefully he gets an opportunity.. go UB!
I doubt Roosevelt sees the field on offense this week, if not most of the year. With Evans and Johnson at 1 and 2, and D. Nelson and D. Jones at #3 and #4 WRs, Roosevelt might see time on special teams or possibly returning punts with Spiller being dinged up. But the Bills don't use a pure 5 WR set, usually they have at least one RB on the field when they have the ball.Originally Posted by The Warrior
I'd love to see Roosevelt get some time though. Great story, an UFDA and local product from UB playing for the hometown team.
