Thanks DB and everyone for the updates.
No shocker that Christian Ponder had a solid proday. Apparently all his throws were on the money. Been saying we'll be drafting this kid in the 2nd for a while now.
Bills confirmed at Penn State and Arkansas-Monticello Pro Days.

The QB and OLB are pretty undersized. I'm guessing Buffalo was looking at the OT and CB.Originally Posted by DraftBoy

Mario Harvey supposedly ran in the low 4.4 at 257 lbs. and did 27 reps on the bench.
http://www.herald-dispatch.com/sport...during-pro-day
Wednesday offered another opportunity for Harvey to validate his blazing quickness as the now 257-pounder raced in front of professional scouts as part of MU's pro day at Joan C. Edwards Stadium.
With no media member allowed in and only one Marshall-associated camera there to catch it, the man known as "Thumper" added to his speed mystique once again.
His agent, Isaac Conner, witnessed it. So did former teammate Lee Smith.
"I don't know the official, but I guess they averaged it out and it's in the low 4.4s (seconds)," said Conner, who flew into Huntington from Knoxville, Tenn, Wednesday morning to watch his client. "And he only ran it once because he kind of had a little tug on the hamstring. So he decided not to run it a second time just so he could finish all the drills."
"He ran like a receiver," said Smith, who also participated Wednesday. "Unbelievable. He's just a freak athlete."
So not 4.35 seconds. But then again, low 4.4s on a heftier frame is something Harvey and Conner will take as a résumé builder for the upcoming NFL Draft.
Harvey is a guy I've heard about and liked for most of the year. The fact that he ran so well (even considering the fast tracks at universities and the conversion to "official" times) is very encouraging. I'd love to pick him up as an ILB. Have to wonder when Al Davis will pull the trigger on him, though.
I love Harvey.
I would not be mad at all if the bills picked up Kelvin Sheppard and Mario Harvey. Our 4 MLBs would be Poz, Sheppard, Harvey, Batten.
OLB would be Moats, Kelsay, Merriman, Coleman.
We will probably carry 9 to 10 so throw in Maybin and Davis.
Would love Harvey in the later rounds. The guy would be a special teams machine and compete for a LB spot.
Not such a good pro day for Wilson
Illinois ILB Martez Wilson struggled at the Fighting Illini Pro Day according to multiple accounts.
Wilson demonstrated "stiffness," according to Sporting News' Russ Lande, and CBS Sports' Rob Rang heard even more scathing reviews. "Everyone left that workout disappointed with him," said one scout. "His footwork was bad, his hands were bad, even his countenance was bad. ... He didn't look like he wanted to be there." This won't ease concern that Wilson was a workout wonder at the Combine, running the fastest forty among linebackers. Mar. 17 - 10:24 am et

Buddy Nix is at Missouri today.
Bills are also at WVU today.
Looks like Gabbert had a very good pro day.
http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2011/0...y-for-gabbert/Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert was very accurate at his highly anticipated pro day Thursday as he completed 44 of 49 passes according to reports.
The Columbia Daily Tribune reported that three of the five incompletions were catchable balls. The figures are impressive when one considers that he didn’t have his Missouri receivers available.
