Someone needs to teach him how to pronounce Jaguars!

Why? And & you should hear how this woman that does a radio commercial for the Jag dealership in Tampa pronounces it. Jag U WireOriginally Posted by zielinski

I heard a radio commercial for the car company and it drove me nuts to keep listening to them say Jag-U-ar.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
I don't think Bentley is from WNY, but a lot of people there pronounce it Jag-wire.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
Jag-u-ar is how it's pronounced in Europe where this pieces of crap are made.
Ray Bentley and Steve Tasker are two of the worst announcers there are. It is embarrassing quite frankly. They consistently mess up identifying players on the one team they are paid to cover. And the Jag-wire thing was annoying as well.
They did at least talk about both teams. The Jags coverage used all the CBS graphics, sounds and commercial bumpers but I guess they couldn’t figure out how to even generate a list of the bills starters on O or D. It was as if the Jags opponent didn’t exist.Originally Posted by Blame Canada
At least he's not Rich Gannon of the infamous "Ow-fense."
The English pronounce things strangely/differently than we Americans do. Although I do love hearing Elizabeth Hurley saying "strowbreeze."
