As it stands with our track record, if you were a draft prospect would you want to be drafted by the Bills?. It kind of take me back when Gilmore got drafted and he had that look oh S**t look on his face.

it's easy for us to think that because we fans have been suffering for numerous years. i'm sure they have teams they want to be drafted by but i don't think too many will take the Eli Manning route.

I do remember that day when Gilmore's name was called. I said the same thing to myself. I was like damn he just got drafted in the Top 10 of the NFL Draft and he doesn't seem the least bit excited about it. I was like he must not be very happy that Buffalo drafted him.
It's great being drafted or signed as a free agent for the Bills. It's like being a high-priced hooker who doesn't have to put out!
As much as it pains me to say this, if I were in that position I would be thrilled to get drafted by anybody, including Miami, Dallas or New England.

I think you guys need to realize that for many of these guys they aren't sure if they are going to go Top 5 or Top 20. When you get your name called its a flood of emotions that can range from Cam Newton's smile to Aaron Maybin's breaking down. I think trying to examine their reaction is a bit much.
COMING SOON...

What a steaming pile of self-righteous drivel.
the probability that a dynamic like this exists is very high and entirely relevant to the state of this "organization".
people inherently want to be part of something... part of something that helps them feel like they are making a difference both personally and as part of that group.
that doesn't happen in Buffalo and hasn't in well over a decade.
and people know it.

I remember Mike Lodish once telling me that he absolutely loved Buffalo. Food, nightlife, the way the team was the centerpiece of the community, but especially because his money went so much further here, as opposed to his native California.
Alas, that was then.
