Short & sweet, he's probably a little teed off on having the worst record & picking 2nd, we should of gotten a compensatory pick for getting bumped.

Get ready for next year when the Sabres are not drafting #1 overall after a very bad season.

The NHL and the steel industry have conspired against the City of Buffalo.

I compared him to Dwight Schrute in another thread and stand by the comparison. As he always seems like he is angry and/or knows more then anybody else. That said I think he's an ideal no nonsense GM who seems to have a plan in place to make this a better team.

Reinhart needs 10 pounds of muscle added to him... or more.

If he adds that and continues to develop, I see him as a number two center ala Patrice Bergeron.

He will need to learn to play D at an elite level for that to happen.

It is sad that he is being projected at a #2 centre.

    Not a great year.

Agreed he has to learn to play D at an elite level. I think he's honestly a year away from playing in the NHL.

Central Scouting ranked Sam R. #1 in hockey sense this year.

I've heard Zetterberg and Towes comparisons, I like Bergeron but love if he became one of the first two more.

What's not to like about any of them, but I am just so partial to Patrice's game.

Zetterberg might be my favorite player in the league.

    I like the comparison

I think he is just a very business centered person. He does not care about the show things like announcing a pick.
    Belicheck is not nice.

Would you want him coaching the Bills?

    Nice is overrated.

    Re: NHL Draft discussion thread

no... I wouldn't want Belichick coaching any team I was associated with.

I value people and their commitment to an organization not because of their production, but because they deserve it... because of their commitment.

    That's where I start.

You forget one small detail: We own the Isles #1 pick in 2015. If the Isles REALLY bring....THE STINK!...and finish dead last next season...they're in prime position to get the #1 pick. Which comes to Buffalo.
John Hemingway(facing certain death): I want to see Buffalo win the Super Bowl.

David Coltrane(threatening John): Nobody's going to live that long, pal.

Reinhart will be a elite No.2 Centre if the Sabres get McDavid or Eichel or Barzal next year.. He wont be a elite No.1 but he can be a good No.1 Centre for the sabres someday

    Re: NHL Draft discussion thread

Sabres have there choice of any goalie they want with the 31st pick or they should consider defensemen Roland Mckeown who would be good value projects to be a good No.5 defensemen
