ROR out indefinitely... Wonderful year
another reason they needed to win and not tie so many games in December. this is going to be a brutal stretch where they need the points and don't have their leader. you can feel the wheels coming off this thing. that being said, I think minor tweaks are needed for the team. not different GM/coaches. if we are in the same spot next year, then you got to think about scrapping GMTM or Bylsma.
Man Pegula has developed two amazing organizations.

I like the idea of Vanek on Eichel's wing. He's so offensively smart... he can maximize Eichel's production. Plus... he's bound to teach the kid a thing or two a long he way.
kane is a banger that could balance things out for them... just not sure because of the consistency issue.
i really like the idea of Brian Boyle being brought in to be our third center... pushing Larson to the 4th line.

I haven't been one of those people calling for Kane to be run out of town. He's at that point where he's either going to grow up or melt down.
He steikes me me a relatively intelligent kid... on the cusp of making that choice.
I'm rooting for him.
Assuming he makes the right choice, he's got the makings of a very difficult matchup for other teams.
The other one one that has some growing to do... Jack. He's a few years from realizing the kind of hockey player he can be IMO.

Tyler Ennis says he had surgery because he just didn't have explosiveness and skating ability needed to play his style of game.
