Are there any rules in the preseason that affect rosters i.e. limiting how many active players, players per position, etc.? For instance, could we play 4 QB's if we wanted to?

Sure, just not at the same time
the only roster limitation is 80 max without exemptions for NFLE, Did not reports, etc.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
