A chest injury can be potentially bad....i.e. broken ribs. I broke my sternum in football camp in '85 from an under the shoulder pad hit from LB Daryl Sampson (played DB in CFL). I played for 2 days on that injury before the pain became unbearable and went to get an x-ray.

As a lineman, you're getting hit in the chest on every play, so I hope it's just bruising or a mild separation that big Pat has...

He did practice in a limited capacity today. I'm assuming the Bills medical staff is careful enough to take xrays if there is any possibility of any kind of a fracture. I think his questionable designation is probably shading more toward probable than doubtful. Ahanotu and Moore did not practice. If Ahanotu can't go maybe Office and Irons are hungry enough for action to make the most of their playing time Sunday. If Moore can't go, Riemersma will deep snap and Geason will get a little playing time in double TE formations.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

espn reports he says he will play and will need no additional padding.

You beat me to it venis.

ESPN has Williams himself quoted as saying that it's not bad enough to warrant special pads for it. So he must be comfortable enough to know he can play at full strength. Otherwise he'd be a fool to not pad it when they can easily rig something for him.

I'm more concerned about the absence of Moore for this game. He's slowly becoming the primary TE and a VERY reliable pass catcher.

Ahanotu? Well, it's not like our rush D is gonna suffer w/ him out, eh!
Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

    Then let's go to Disneyworld!

    GO BILLS!!!
