It really sucks to get an email like this...

Q: What do you call 47 millionaires around a TV watching the Super Bowl?

    A: The Buffalo Bills.

Q: What do the Buffalo Bills and Billy Graham have in common?

A: They both can make 70,000 people stand up and yell "Jesus Christ".

Q: How do you keep a Buffalo Bill out of your yard?

    A: Put up goal posts.

Q: Where do you go in Buffalo in case of a tornado?

A: To the Ralph - they never get a touchdown there!

Q: What do you call a Buffalo Bill with a Super Bowl ring?

    A: A thief.

Q: What's the difference between the Buffalo Bills and a dollar bill?

A: You can still get four quarters out of a dollar bill.

Q: How many Buffalo Bills does it take to win a Super Bowl?

A: Nobody knows and we may never find out!

Q: What do the Bills and possums have in common?

A: Both play dead at home and get killed on the road!

Q: What do you call a crowd who 95% has no clue who's on their own team.

    A: Pats fans.
I didn't come here to fight, I hate fighting. Life is way too short to spend it on fighting! Go fight with yourself, one of you will eventually win!

    Q. When does football season start for Pats fans?
    A. When the Red Sox season ends.

The Pats are just something for drunken Red Sox fans to do so they don't have to sober up during the baseball off-season

Pats fans have all the rights in the world to gloat.Best team in a long time that I have witnessed. And believe me when I say that I am so Buffalo that it hurts to see the Pats win the big one while we only could be bridesmaids. But you know they are in the midst of their sucsess while ours is on the horizon and what a beautiful site that is.
P.S. This is off topic for sure and I am a late bloomer but I am just now getting into the Audioslave CD and what a CD it is,its friggin phenominal!!!

Now this is what annoys me. Why does everyone have to defend the Pats fans? Most of them are ****ing bandwagon fans anyways and the ones gloating never even heard about the team before Brady won his first Super Bowl.

Yeah, even Tom Brady pretty much admits that.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

Not all the Bills are millionaires, and this joke applies to 30 teams in any given season.

I can't really argue with this one- I've had that same reaction many times while watching Bills games. But replacing "Buffalo Bills" with "referees" would make this joke even more relevant

see the last half of the 2004 season and our home record over the last two years

We're so good in the 3rd quarter that the other ones don't really matter much.

47 and we'll know that for sure soon enough.

We won our last 5 road games, and see above regarding the home record.

"Now this is what annoys me. Why does everyone have to defend the Pats fans?"

I would never defend Pats fans it just must be great to go to the game 2 of the last 3 years and win and then make it again,as for bandwagon fans that phenomenon happens in any sports town when the club starts winning. Its even been known to happen here in Buffalo believe it or not. And I am sure there are some long time Pats fans that sat through the lean years and now after all the sucsess are crowing like roosters in the yard, they really should be proud of that team.Next to the 49ers this is the only team I can say that I respect that much.I would have thrown the Cowboys in there but after Barry Switzer and Jerry Jones I refuse to do that!

this is like the popular thing to say when somebody has absolutely no clue what there talking about. truth is,the pats always have higher rating then the sox, especially in boston. the pats/titans regular season game had a higher rating then the sox/oakland elimination playoff game at fenway park 2 years ago. pats been selling out YEARS AND YEARS before they won there first title. i love shutting bill fans up.(its to easy, really).

Count me out of that description. I've been there since the Champagne Tony (Eason) days.

I also remember the early 90's when we would just pencil in the 2 "L's" at the beginning of the season (games against the Bills).

I'm savoring this since I know it can't last forever.

P.S. You gotta admit the Billy Graham one was hillarious.

I've seen most of those jokes before, all applied to different hated teams.

First of all, when you talk about ratings, you're talking apples and oranges. Baseball teams play 162 games a year, and when they make the playoffs, they play an entire series. That's hardly a good ratings comparison for a 16-game football season with single elimination playoffs- clearly every game counts more in football and thus will draw higher ratings.

Second, Foxboro Stadium seated barely over 60,000 and Gillette only seats 68,000. 68,000 tickets for a city of 5 million? In these circumstances, a sellout is hardly a measure of fan support.

If you want to argue, you better find better indicators of fan support. I love shutting pats fans up (it's too easy, really).

Wow, they sold out the stadium 4 years in a row before their first Super Bowl win...that's STILL 10,000 less than the Bills.
