La Canfora, per Rumblings :

I'd be delighted with Iupati, but he's going to be pricey now. Probably doable if they juggle McCoy's money.

Iupati would be an excellent signing.
Harris does not excite me.
Thanks Mace.
I'm a little nervous putting too much stock into LaCanfora. Seems he throws a lot of obvious ***** at the wall to see what sticks. As much as I or anyone would love Iaputi I am not sure it makes sense any longer. The Bills cap situation is suddenly tight and the Bills have Chris Williams, Ritchie Incognito, Richardson, Pears, and Kuoandijo on their roster already. I hope it happens, but IDK. And, while I certainly liked Harris coming out of college, IDK about now. It may be a guy Rex feels comfortable with - but remember, Rex has been criticized by Jets fans for holding onto his pet guys past their prime. (See Bart Scott). I wouldn't hate it. But I think I'd prefer Spikes.

Too hard to pronounce, that's why I always shortened it to Putz or The POS. Well, one of the reasons anyway.

If Iupati signs somewhere else, then the draft has real options at G.
He played for Pettine's Ryan D and sure did run it as a rookie problem child. That was my point. If you don't know who I'm talking about I don't see your point.
I wasn't talking about Poz, that was a funny by Swiper I went along with, but had the most awesome neck in sports.

Rex said it is not as important to bring players to Buffalo like he did to the Jets because Pettine ran his system & the players in Buffalo know it already.
Rex said there will be some differences in what he calls compared to Pettine but that the players already know the gist of his system.
Boling, Blaylock, Franklin, or Iupati.
If they get one of those four Tue. I'm good

I'd be happy with Iupati but IMO, its risky devoting so much money to an OG. I understand what and why we would do it. I think the FO is basing their decision on what they'll do w/ Iupati on if Hughes accepts or leaves the team. I think that contract goes to one or the other. If Hughes walks, Iupati is our target, and if Hughes accepts our offer, I don't think we'll go after Iupati.
Harris is a slam dunk. Makes sense, and would be a very nice addition, especially b/c we lost Alonso and will probably loose Hughes.
However, I still hope we sign another FA QB. I think Jake Locker would be a great addition.
If you walk with Jesus today, you don't have anything to worry about tomorrow...
Iupati will likely get more money elsewhere, unfortunately.
Harris is pretty much a done deal to being here.
