While Adam Schefter’s ESPN comments revolved this past week on rationalizing a Terrell Owens trade, the Buffalo Bills are very likely to move a receiver within the next 48 hours. That receiver however, will not be Owens.

Good riddance. Fred Jackson did just as good a job as Roscoe yesterday. I'd keep FJ on kick and punt returns from here on out.
Always liked parrish but it just looks like its a move that has to be made...

we already know it won't be Owens. i started a thread saying the Ravens inquired about him and the Bills said no. (courtesy of Jay Glazer) they're more worried about putting people in the stands rather than making an attempt to make this team better in the future.

Hopefully it is sooner than later. It's a minor distraction the rest of the team does not need.
could be the reason he wasn't dressed to play to prevent any injuries for a trade
YOu can't have your best cover corner, and arguably your best defensive player returning kicks. It just doesn't happen anymore.Originally Posted by zone
2 things.
1. having a stud returner does us no good this year. We can't help but take a ST penalty every return
2. Retire number 11 once he's gone. There is nothing good coming from number 11 in over 20 years.
I've never been a fan of parrish. He runs terrible routes as a wr and makes dumb decisions as a return man. He is just another guy who can't play his position that buffalo over-valued for S/T. Hopefully they'll learn their lesson about drafting guys from Duhhhhh U.
Parrish has become a liability. He could never play WR, and now he has become counter productive as a punt returner.
Good riddance.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I'd like to see where the Parrish defenders are now. The guy makes some stupid decisions for the sake of making plays. And I'm not just talking about the Cleveland game. There was another game (can't remember which one last year) where the ball was punted to the goal line/1 yard line and he tried to return it. He got a decent number of yards, but since none of the other Bills were expecting him to try and return it, a holding penalty was called. They got backed up at their own one and I think it resulted in a safety or something bad.
If they can get any sort of trade going for Parrish, it would be a miracle. I'd love to see him moved.

When not making negative game changing gaffes, Roscoe has become mostly a bouncing punt watcher.
Parrish has looked like dog **** this year and he adds nothing to the offense
There goes another authentic jersey....right down the crapper!
Good. I like having Freddy on Kick/Punt returns anyway.
If Freddy handles our returns, I'd give him 5-10 less carries, so Lynch has a chance to get rolling. Lynch is much better when he gets the ball 20+ times per game.
Especially with Stevie Johnson waiting to get a chance at WR -- Parrish is expendable. The Bills have others players like McKelvin (when healthy) and Jackson that can return punts.Originally Posted by OpIv37

Parrish is a toy not a football player, he provides nothing at all as a WR except for the occasional gadget play
He had his window as a punt returner like most do and Marv panicked and overpaid him
Get something for him and move on Jackson and Lankster can return punts
Roscoe is also very articulate in interveiws and the locker room so that mite be missed (sarcasm)
