I'm not sure how I feel about him TBH. OC for the highest scoring offense of all time is a pretty big accomplishment, but he won't have remotely the same talent level in Miami. The Miami Dolphins have hired Adam Gase to be their next head coach, a league source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Dolphins haven't officially announced the hire, but did tweet a greeting to Gase on Saturday.
Welcome to Miami, Adam Gase!Gase, the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, becomes Miami's fourth consecutive hire with no prior head-coaching experience, joining former Dolphins coaches Joe Philbin, Tony Sparano and Cam Cameron. He is considered a "quarterback guru," which is highly coveted by Miami. He did good work with quarterback Jay Cutler this season and Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow in Denver in previous seasons.

The Dolphins were looking for someone who can get the best out of fourth-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill in 2016 and beyond. Tannehill was given a $96 million extension last year but has been inconsistent with a 29-35 record as a starter.
