Devils score
Sabres looked awful in New Jersey. Lehner looked bad, the whole team in front of him looked lost.
Lehner is super psycho trash.
One one after one. Reinhart with the goal. Moulson and Okposo with assists.
Still get bullied too often. Run the Sabres and they lose their will. Soft.
Cannot finish chances.
Our Goalies are getting no help. Not a fan of the coach.
Kane... trash with a borderline personality.
Lehner... super psycho trash.
Eichel... not McJesus.
Okposo... needs to be a 2nd line winger.
Risto... not Keith.
Bogo... complete and utter trash.
Kulikov... kinda like him.
GMTM... extension!
I was reading an article on Eichel a while back and they don't think he will have a good season upon returning. They think it'll take the rest of the season for him to completely return to form. They think he will resume his major upward trajectory, just not right away. Obviously, the games are played on ice and not paper, he may return just fine. But all these pieces missing at once and so early seems to have buried the sabres so far. Who knows what's happen when Eichel returns and Oreilly gets healthy again. And they are only two games below. 500 so rattling off a few wins in a row would elevate them quickly, but it's kinda feeling like a potential lost season. Sabres are just too thin on the wings right now.
For whatever reason, Vancouver is really high on Kane and benning has made some questionable trades. It's not out of the realm of possibility that GMTM could take him for a ride, either.
Kane has been a huge disappointment. When we got him, I was a bit concerned about his antics but I figured he'd be fine on the ice if he could change his attitude. Well, so far, he's gotten in trouble off the ice, has spent more time hurt than playing and has done nothing to make me think he deserves to be a top 6 forward. I'd trade him if anyone offers anything remotely reasonable.
Oh and what's up with Reinhart? He's been all but invisible.

Outside of RR, we have no Defensemen and our forwards can't score.
Larsson,Gianta,Foligno are the only line playing well. That's a 4th line on every NHL team.
Weber and Gorges have their moments on D but aren't consistent.
On paper, the offensive talent is there, but a combination of injuries and misuse is keeping points off the board. Gionta has been a pleasant surprise so far this year but not enough to overcome the team's other woes.
ROR needs to be the next captain
Bylsma is awful. I hope the injuries this year don't keep him off the chopping block.
