Jerman keeps the benches nice and warm in the winter for the starters...I suspect he also keeps the coaches happy by "being on his knees when they are alone" everytime. It's the only way that I can think of that he's gotten and kept his job...I apologize for the crudeness, but I can't think of any other reason why he's on this team. He was terrible last year and somehow beat out McFarland who actually did okay in TC. And despite a horrible season when he played, he somehow manage to make the team again this year! Cheap or not, he's a liability that should be cut!

I was a bit nervous when they first united the the Jermans after the Soviet Union collapsed, but they don't seem like a threat to anyone now, especially offensively.
